To check your Jio SIM card’s activation or porting status, you need your mobile number.

Online via MyJio App: This is the most common method.
- Open the MyJio application on your smartphone.
- Log in using the Jio number you want to track.
- Navigate to the Support or Track order section. The status of your SIM activation or port request will be displayed here.
Online via Website: You can also visit the Jio official website, log into your account, and find the order or service request section.
Customer Care: You can call Jio’s customer care for a status update. Have your mobile number ready for verification.
